This Pilsner is made with New Zealand hops and has fresh melon & green flavors that punctuate a light, yet bready, malt base and a crisp dry finish.

In keeping with the Belgian spirit of brewing for maximum flavor and not a particular style, we added wheat, oats, lime zest & pineapple juice to this blonde ale to create tropical aromas & flavors with a soft body. But we didn't stop there... dry-hopping with Amarillo hops adds a crisp, yet fruity hop finish to this sparkling ale.

Every Angry Erik Dog gets his or her own beer & this one is dedicated to our German Shepherd/Border Collie Mix, Citra! Just like Citra, this American Blonde Ale is soft & sweet, with just a kiss of bitterness to represent her “sassy” side. Dry-hopping enhances tropical, passion-fruit aromas and flavors.

Brewed with rosemary & a blend of 6 varieties of culinary mushrooms, this ale hearkens back to the days when hunters foraged for food whilst hunting for game.  Rich with earthy Umami character and spicy rosemary aromas on top of warming malts and herbal farmhouse yeast, this ale is perfect with a savory dinner!

This copper ale is named for our late dog Brewer who loved to carry a shoe or two around the house! A fruity aroma (sweet cereal malt & subtle citrus), typical of traditional English-style amber ales complement a crisp, refreshing body with nutty/biscuity flavors and a lightly bitter Australian hop finish.

Brewed with dried elderflowers and wheat, this blonde ale is lush with the aromas of a floral meadow, this Belgian-Style ale has malty flavors of honey, balanced with a crisp & light lemony finish, but watch out - at 7.6% ABV, she might be more "Shield Maiden" than "Dainty!"

Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic & Citra hops are enhanced by the addition of more than 12 pounds per barrel of tangerine & grapefruit to pack a citrusy punch.

Citra, Amarillo, & Bru-1 hops offer notes of pineapple and lychee fruit, this C.A.B. will drop you off in a tropical place!

This American IPA is brewed to feature the fresh green flavors of the jalapeño pepper (seeds and stems removed to avoid the heat) blended with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops. The result is a truly unique culinary experience of hop flavors. Drop a slice or two of fresh jalapeño pepper into your glass or growler to enhance the fresh flavors, add some heat & remind you to "Live Green!!"
